Return and refund policy

We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@yourstayin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns must be in the same condition they were received, unused, with proof of purchase, and in its original packaging.

Upon return, a refund will be issued to you for the return products. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Stay In within 7 days from the date the returned item is received.
